The International Court of Appeal has published the decision concerning the appeal lodged by the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) on behalf of its competitor Pekaracing nv against decision N°17 taken by the Stewards of the Meeting dated 25 October 2009 concerning the event run at Zolder (Belgium) on 25 October 2009 and counting towards the 2009 FIA GT Championship.

The full text, which can be read on the FIA website, states that the Court found the appeal inadmissible.  Therefore there are no further changes to the Zolder results, which remain provisional pending the appeal of Pekaracing against the exclusion of the nr 4 Corvette.

Further to the result of the appeal, Vitaphone Racing Team drivers Bertolini and Bartels have an unassailable lead in the Drivers Classification, to secure the title, to be confirmed by the FIA.
